Milo is a chef, loves life and its flavours; he is always in search for the taste of rustic pleasures, while travelling, anything that a place can offer, its aromas, its colours, its smells. In love with Italian pizza, he desired to treat himself to an original course, in which recognizing creative tecniques and ingredients’ combinations of the “gourmet” pizza. And he dearly wanted to find out how it was best accompanied with a special velvety and full-bodied wine. Milo, still absorbed in this journey, every day with his hands covered with flour, goes on creating combinations and ingredient blends, smelling the fragrant humidiy of the Garda’s cellars.
